The Sculpt Brief wraps your whole midsection, front, sides and back, so your core gets steady support all day. No rolling. No lines. No breath-crushing squeeze.

What you get:

- ✓Flat and smooth under clothes the moment you put it on
- ✓Seamless and invisible under jeans, leggings and fitted dresses
- ✓Stays put all day. Silicone gripper and anti-roll ribbing
- ✓Soft enough for C-section and postpartum skin. Sizes XS to 5XL
You've done the workouts. The belly still pushes forward.
Flat in the morning. Puffed out by dinner.
People still ask when you're due, years after the baby arrived. Your jeans button, but you spend the day tugging at your top.
And the shapewear you tried? It rolled down by lunch, dug into your ribs, or showed through your clothes like a seam map.
Here's the part most brands skip. Pregnancy stretches your abdominal wall, and for many women that separation (called diastasis recti) doesn't close on its own. If your lower belly still pushes out no matter what you eat or how hard you train, a stretched core may be part of the reason.
It's not a willpower problem. It's a support problem.
Why most shapers fail, and what's different here
Most belts and shapers press on the front of your belly. So the fabric shifts, rolls and slides, and the hold disappears around midday.
The Sculpt Brief uses a 360° crossed band that wraps front, sides and back at once. The hold spreads evenly around your core instead of squeezing one spot.
The design is rooted in the Malaysian Bengkung, a wraparound technique used for centuries to support the abdomen after birth. We turned it into something that feels like underwear.
What changes when you wear it
A flatter profile, right away
Gentle, targeted compression smooths your belly and waistline the second you pull it on. Firm, but never pinching.
Support for the area pregnancy stretched
The wide band holds your abdominal wall in all day, which is why many customers pair it with their physio or workout routine.
No more readjusting in the bathroom
An integrated silicone gripper and anti-roll ribbing keep it exactly where you put it. Sitting, bending, lifting a toddler.
Invisible under what you actually wear
Bonded, seamless edges and no-show leg openings mean no ridges, no lines, no bulge.
Gentle where it matters
No hard boning, no latex, no plastic edges. Soft and seamless for C-section recovery and sensitive skin (once your provider clears you).
A firmer feel with daily wear
Most women say their midsection feels firmer within 2 to 3 weeks of regular wear. Steady support beats wearing it now and then.
For every stage, even years later
Worn by moms from days after birth to 20+ years postpartum. It also works for post-hysterectomy and menopause-related belly changes.

Measure the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How it works in 3 simple steps
STEP 1
Measure your waist
Measure the narrowest part of your torso, a couple of inches above your belly button. Postpartum? Measure above the fullest part of your belly. Go by this number, not your usual clothing size. Between sizes? Size up.
STEP 2
Pull it on like regular underwear
Wear it on its own or over a thin pair. The gusset is cotton-lined, so it feels like your normal pair.
STEP 3
Wear it daily and let it build
A few hours or all day. Consistency is what matters. Miss a day and nothing is ruined.
Built to be worn and forgotten
| Patented 360° crossed band | Spreads the hold evenly around your core, so there's no single pressure point. |
| Silicone gripper + anti-roll ribbing | Keeps the waistband in place when you sit, bend and move. |
| Bonded, seamless fabric | No stitching to print through, so it disappears under fitted clothes. |
| 83% nylon, 17% spandex | Thin, silky and breathable, with real compression that snaps back instead of going slack. |
| Breathable mesh panels | Helps you stay comfortable through a full day. |
| Cotton-lined gusset | Soft and hygienic, just like everyday underwear. |
| No-show leg openings | No elastic bands cutting in or leaving ridges. |
| XS to 5XL, 6 colors | Sized by waist measurement, so it fits the body you have now. |

★★★★★
"The shelf above my c-section scar is finally gone"
After my c-section I had that overhang no diet or workout touched. Soft, breathable and c-section safe. I cried putting on my old jeans.

★★★★★
"Two inches off my waist, and I forget I'm wearing it"
Eight hours on my feet, no lines, no rolling, no readjusting in the bathroom. Completely invisible under a fitted dress.
Megan T., 35 · Verified buyer
★★★★★
"My physio measured my gap. It finally moved."
I started wearing this all day alongside my exercises, and around three weeks in the gap moved for the first time. It never once rolled down.
Jenna R., 39 · Verified buyer
★★★★☆
"Twenty years and three kids later, and won over"
I'd wasted money on wraps and belts that did nothing. I ordered the wrong size and their team sent the right one free. It stays put all day. Four stars only because I wish the nude came in more shades.

Questions, answered
Which size should I order?
Go by your waist measurement, not your usual clothing size. Measure the narrowest part of your torso, a couple of inches above your belly button, keeping the tape level. If you're postpartum, measure above the fullest part of your belly. Between two sizes? Size up.
Will it roll down like other shapewear?
That's what it was built to prevent. The wide 360° band spreads the hold around your whole core, and the silicone gripper and anti-roll ribbing keep the waistband in place, even when you sit.
Will it show under my clothes?
No. The fabric is thin and bonded rather than stitched, and the leg openings are no-show finished. It disappears under fitted dresses, jeans, leggings and work clothes.
When can I wear it after birth or a C-section?
Most women start around 2 weeks after a vaginal birth and 6 weeks after a C-section, once cleared. If you're recovering from surgery, check with your provider first.
My baby is years old (5, 10, even 20+). Will it still help?
Yes. The separation pregnancy leaves in the abdominal wall often doesn't close on its own with time, which is why many women still feel it years later. The 360° band supports your core the same way, whether you gave birth last year or decades ago.
Do I wear it over or instead of underwear?
Either. Most women wear it on its own, since the gusset is cotton-lined. If you'd rather wear a thin pair underneath, that doesn't change the hold.
Do I have to wear it every day? What about at night?
Daily wear is where the difference comes from, but missing a day won't undo anything. It's made for daytime, so most women give their body a break overnight. It should always feel supportive, never restrictive. If it feels too tight to relax in, take it off.
What is it made of?
83% polyamide (nylon) and 17% spandex, with breathable mesh panels and a cotton-lined gusset. No latex, no hard boning, no plastic edges.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, or hand wash. Air dry. No tumble dryer and no fabric softener, which keeps the hold as firm as day one.
How soon will I see a difference, and what if it's not for me?
You'll look flatter and smoother under clothes the moment you put it on. With daily wear, most women say their midsection feels firmer within 2 to 3 weeks. If it’s not right for you, please refer to our published return and exchange policy for available options.
It was never about trying harder.
Your core may just need support in the right places. Pull it on in the morning, forget it's there, and let the days add up.
